This came from an e-mail I received. I thought it was fun, if you care to get to know me better…  I took off the most boring questions…

The theory is that you will learn a lot of little things about your friends, if you did not know them already. 

1. What time did you get up this morning? 3:55 a.m. – not by choice, though that darn alarm won’t quit ringing.

2. Diamonds or pearls? Pearls

3. What was the last film you saw at the cinema? Kung Fu Panda. Hey what do you expect? I’m a MOM.

4. What is your favorite TV show? Grey’s Anatomy

5. What did you have for breakfast? Since my stomach felt that it was fusing with my spine, I gave in and crossed the street to the closest cafeteria and had a biscuit, scrambled eggs & burnt smoked sausage. J

6. What is your middle name? I was born with Margarita (the flower, not the drink, pleeze) but I have changed it to my maiden name, Roman. Carries a lot more power, and let’s face it: it’s a lot shorter. Well, with a last name of “Greathouse” I don’t really have a prayer – do I?

7. What is your favorite food? Bread, pasta & potatoes in that exact order.

8. What foods do you dislike? Eggplant (gross)

9. Your favorite Potato chip?  Fritos scoop (with ranch dip) or Cheetos (by themselves)

10. What is your favorite CD at the moment? Pocketful of Sunshine by Natasha Bedingfield

11.What kind of car do you drive? Toyota Highlander Hybrid (FYI – not good in gas for people who like to speed in the interstate) *sigh*

12. Favorite sandwich? Quizno’s!  My fav is turkey, bacon, avocado, lettuce and tomatoes with ranch dressing and provolone cheese. If I get lucky I’ll have cheetos on the side.

13. What characteristics do you despise? Someone who does not keep a promise

14. Favorite item of clothing? Pajama pants and old-shirt

15. If you could go anywhere in the world on vacation, where would you go? Scotland and Ireland

16. What color is your bathroom? Beige, black and white. It’s a wild animal theme. I don’t know why we have it. The wildest animal that goes in there is my dog, MoJo.

17. Favorite brand of clothing?   Whatever fits best for us larger framed women J        

18. Where would you want to retire to?  At this rate, anywhere where I can live out of my 401K, which the way the economy is going, will be somewhere in the Brazilian Jungle. Bugs are thrown in for free. Can you feel my excitement? *sigh*

19. Favorite time of day?  Quittin’ time.

20. Where were you born? Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic

21. Favorite sport to watch? Ice Hockey

24. What laundry detergent do you use? Can’t remember the name. Is in a green bottle with a “tropical” scent and costs less than $5.00

25. Coke or Pepsi? COKE!!!

26. Are you a morning person or a night owl? Morning Person

27. Do you have any pets? Yes, 2 cats and 2 dogs (well, make it three if you count Scott)

28. Any news you’d like to share with everyone?  I’m flying to Maine on Saturday for the first time ever!!!!

29. What did you want to be when you were little?  Always wanted to be somebody’s boss….poor Scott (my hubby)

30. Favorite candy bar? Whatchamacallit????

31. What is your best childhood memory? Going to vist my uncle and cousins and playing in their pool. And who can forget the time my grandma drove to my grandpa’s concubine’s home and threw a rather large rock at his windshield? That was a lot of fun too… there is more where that came from, but that’s a whole other blog.

32. What are the different jobs you have had in your life?  US Army, McDonalds, Retail (women’s clothes), temp agency work – Manpower, US Dept of Contracting  Mail clerk, Software tester, and as of late, a Business Analyst – which I love.

33. What color underwear are you wearing? Hold on, let’s see…looks like multi color flowers with yellow background. Color bottoms make me happy. On the top is plain white or whatever color the shirt I want to wear calls for.

34. Nicknames:  I have been called Bi-otch many of times… but I don’t think that’s what you are referring to.

35. Piercing? Yes, but I want my belly button pierced too… That will occur when I can actually find it as it is hiding between my two love handles. At least there is no room for dust bunnies in there.

36. Eye color?  How do you make brown sound exotic?????

37. Ever been to Africa? Heck no, and not planning to go either. Too many wild things can and will hurt you if they have a chance. I am not a masochist. Why put myself in the situation?

38. Ever been toilet papering? What do you think?

39. Love someone so much it made you cry? Yes, only to now feel like an idiot about it.

40. Been in a car accident? 3 to be exact. Hey! One of those was the deer’s fault, so don’t be assuming anything.

41. Croutons or bacon bits?  Croutons (bacon bits give me gas)

42. Favorite day of the week? Saturday

43. Favorite restaurant? Johnny Carrino’s & Olive Garden

44. Favorite flower?  Peach colored roses

45. Favorite ice cream? Ben and Jerry’s Chocolate Fudge Brownies….still hungry….

46. Disney or Warner brothers? Disney, but if I have my way it would be Universal Studios (a lot more fun!)

47. What color is your bedroom carpet?  The color name is “mink” but no animals were hurt in the process of achieving this color….LOL

48. How many times did you fail your driver’s test? None, I did flunk the parallel parking piece…but I told the cop that he looked like Clint Eastwood – he liked me….

49. What store would you choose to max out your credit card? Crate and Barrell and Z Gallerie. I used to be a Bombay Company fan, but they closed all the US shops and left Canada’s store open. Them Canadians get all the breaks.

50. What do you do most often when you are bored? Take a nap…..Gotta have my beauty sleep – you know? Seriously!!!

51. Bedtime? 10:00 p.m.

52. Last person you went to dinner with? My wonderful husband and my behavior – challenged children….

53. What are you listening to right now?  The humming of the laptop, a whole bunch of idiots at work, and my thoughts…uh – that’s scary….

54. What is your favorite color? RED!!! All tones of red but the orange wannabe its the only one I don’t care for.

55. Lake, Ocean or river? Neither, I like to admire nature mostly from afar. I need Air Conditioned buildings. Now, I love to look and listen to the Ocean, from a nice hotel room…..

56. How many tattoos do you have? One, but I want two more on each side of the one I have. I have not had a chance to get drunk enough yet to muster the nerve to make it happen.

57. Which came first, the chicken or the egg? Who cares? They both taste good…

58. Favorite life quote:  Live well, laugh often, love much.

59. Wine, beer or liquor? I’m not much of a drinker, if I have money to afford it, white zinfandel, if we are going for the cheap, beer.
